3. AI Features and Outputs
Top ↑Some Services use artificial intelligence to generate text, code, images, summaries or other content ("Outputs") from what you submit ("Inputs").
Outputs may be wrong. AI can produce results that are inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or similar to content generated for other users. Outputs are not professional advice, including legal, medical, financial or tax advice. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs and deciding whether to rely on them.
Your responsibility for Inputs. You must have the rights and any consents needed for the Inputs you submit. Do not submit other people's personal data or sensitive personal data unless you are legally allowed to.
Ownership of Outputs. As between you and TSKINDIA, you own your Inputs and, to the extent the law allows, the Outputs generated for you. You may use Outputs for any lawful purpose, subject to these Terms.
Prohibited AI uses. You must not use AI features to create deepfakes or impersonate real people, generate content that is illegal or harmful, spread misinformation, or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without human review.
Model training. We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models unless you opt in, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party models. Some AI features run on models from third-party providers. Their availability and behaviour may change, and we may switch providers without notice to keep the Services running.
4. Fees, Payments and Refunds
Top ↑Some Services are free and some require a paid plan. The price, features and billing cycle of each plan are shown on our website or in your order or agreement.
Payment. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period, monthly or yearly, through our authorised payment partners. We do not store your card or bank details; payment partners process them under their own terms. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and exclude GST and other applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice.
Renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. For recurring payments, we follow Reserve Bank of India rules on e-mandates, including notifying you before a charge where required.
Price changes. We may change our prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a new price applies to your plan, and the change takes effect from your next billing period.
Late or failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until the amount is paid.
Refunds. You can cancel at any time, and you will keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except:
- If you were charged in error or more than once
- If a paid Service was unavailable for a significant period because of our fault
- Where a refund is required by law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
To request a refund, email info@tsktechnologies.in within 30 days of the charge. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
Custom projects. Fees, milestones and refunds for custom software development are governed by the separate proposal or agreement you sign with us.
5. Intellectual Property, Your Content and Third-Party Services

You confirm that you have all rights needed to upload Your Content, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law.
Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely without paying you or owing you any obligation.

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright or trademark, email info@tsktechnologies.in with details of the work, where it appears, and your contact information. We will review the complaint and act in line with the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Third-party services. The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, tools or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
6. Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnity and Termination
Top ↑Availability. We work to keep the Services running, but we do not promise they will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. We may change, update or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid Service, we will give reasonable notice and refund any prepaid fees for the unused period.

- Our total liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or INR 5,000 if you have paid nothing.

Termination by you. You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing info@tsktechnologies.in.
Termination by us. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your use creates a risk to us or other users. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem.
After termination. Your right to use the Services ends. You can request an export of Your Content within 30 days, after which we may delete it as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law.
7. Governing Law, Disputes, Grievances and Contact

The seat and venue of arbitration will be Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, and the proceedings will be in English.
